I just wanted to say the person I spoke with, I think Pam, and who did my policy for me is one of the best professionals, in any industry, I have dealt with in awhile. I also used to work in insurance 20 years ago as an agent. She answered my questions clearly, concisely and most importantly, knowledgeably! There was a few things she was fuzzy on and said so, and said she would get the answer, got the answer and got back to me to inform me. I was a little leery at first about calling you guys off a pen from my DUI class but was impressed with my purchasing experience. I went to another insurnace company first and felt like I had to put my hip waders on to wallow through the BS. Keep up the good work this year and make sure people like Pam are compensated well, they are the foundation of your business.
