“I have been a customer of Serenity Group for approximately two years. I have never had an unpleasant experience when calling in. Even when my son had is accident Serenity Group was on their toes.
But today I had the “very” pleasant experience of speaking with Steve Nick. He was very professional and personable during our conversation. I must admit, I had a little attitude when I called in and Steve never missed a beat. After our conversation was over I think he went beyond the call of duty. I emailed him and requested a copy of my insurance coverage and it took him literally less than five mins to email back with the information.
Being in the customer service field myself I know how frustrating it can be at times dealing with demanding clients. Steve earned his pay today with me. He is definitely a keeper. If there are any awards or incentives to be given he earned double with me today.
