DUI Checkpoints to be in Full Force over Labor Day Holiday Weekend

The Labor Day Holiday is fast approaching and law enforcement agencies throughout the country are launching a crackdown on drunken and impaired drivers during this national holiday.

Labor Day is the most traveled holiday and people like to go to the lake, or have a picnic in the park or attend family and friends’ barbeques.  These events usually include alcohol of some kind.   Serenity Insurance encourages drinking responsibly.  When it’s time to go home, don’t get behind the wheel if you’ve been drinking. Have a good time this Labor Day, but let a designated, non-drinking driver get behind the wheel when it’s time to get back on the road and head home.
