They know from years of experience that the majority of those who have the disease of alcoholism/chemical dependency can be effectively treated on an outpatient basis. Square One services and treatment are covered by most major insurance plans. Their Financial Manager can help determine insurance eligibility or, where insurance is not available, help make financial arrangements.

Square One’s programs are designed exclusively for the treatment of persons afflicted with the disease of alcoholism and/or other drug dependencies. The 12-Step philosophy is foundational to Square One’s programs. Patients undergo an individualized treatment program, which includes disease and recovery education as well as relapse prevention. Square One counselors are well-trained, experienced and empathetic certified professionals.

Square One treatment is licensed by the State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services and is certified by the Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse.

Programs include an Alcohol and Other Drug Information School, Alcohol & Other Drug Assessments / Evaluations, an Intermediate Outpatient Program, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, and the Relapse Prevention Treatment Program.
